GEDYS IntraWare takes over immediat, bringing our wealth of experience closer to our customers
Petersberg / Bramsche - The CRM-specialist GEDYS IntraWare has taken over its long-time business-partner immediat GmbH. The IT-service-provider, is based in the north-west of Germany, and specialises in the CRM-solution GEDYS IntraWare 7. For more than 12 years immediat has been active in the development, consulting, implementation and adaption of GEDYS IntraWare.
"The take over is a logical consequence of our decentralised strategy for growth and will not be the last one of this kind. We decided on immediat because of our long-time, trustful and successful collaboration. It was their location in the north-west of Germany that was a decisive factor, as we would like to offer more customer proximity in this area", comments Joachim Weber, CEO of GEDYS IntraWare GmbH.
Jost Gerbing, CEO of immediat Information Management GmbH, views the take over as confirmation of his business strategy: "Thanks to the comprehensive know-how of our personnel, for more than 12 years we have been doing an intensive and successful customer consulting and training for different standard applications on the basis of Lotus Notes/Domino platform. My colleagues and I are looking forward to continuing our success with such a renowned provider like GEDYS IntraWare".
Jost Gerbing will carry out new tasks at GEDYS IntraWare and will stay with the company. Arnd Spiegelhoff will be in charge of the new location, which will rapidly be enlarged.
